Enrolment and subscription
How do I enrol in the diploma or the memorisation programme?
From the pricing page, choose the right programme, create your account and pick a payment plan (full or instalments). Your account starts immediately after payment.
Is there a refund guarantee?
Yes, you can request a refund within 7 days of starting the programme if it is not right for you.
The memorisation programme and halaqat
When am I assigned a teacher after subscribing?
After payment your profile is created as "Awaiting teacher assignment", and the academy manager assigns a teacher and a halaqah suited to your level within 24–48 hours.
Are halaqat individual or group?
We offer both: group halaqat and one-to-one sessions, matched to your level and preference.
How do I join a live session?
A meeting link is generated automatically for every session and appears in your dashboard; your attendance is recorded as soon as you join.
What if I need to excuse a session?
Excuse it at least 3 hours before it starts and it is not counted against you; after that it counts towards your subscription.
The certificate
Is the certificate accredited?
Yes — you receive a documented certificate from Al Tabeen on completing the requirements, recognised by Quranic centres and academies.
How does an employer verify my certificate?
Every certificate carries a verification code and a QR code; scanning it, or typing the code into the verification page, shows the holder, the date and the status immediately — no account needed.
